Lecce played their first home game despite work not being complete Still much work to do. The Barriers are an eye sore. Also if they're not going to put seats in the first three rows, they should at least paint the concrete. I know some people will scoff at these upgrades, but compared to where they started, the stadium is presentable IMO
The Stadio Olimpico of Roma will undergo several minor renovations in time for Euro 2020. 1. Increase # of bathrooms 2. Renovated conference room 3. New areas designated for restaurants 4. Removal of several barriers The stadium will host 4 games including the opener. Here is the official candidate video submitted by the FIGC
Lol, the magnificence of the Stadio Olympic. There's nothing magnificent about it. Especially for football.
I don't think the Olimpico is that bad of a stadium. There will be two other stadiums at the Euro with an athletic track Hampden park in Scotland And Baku stadium in Azerbaijan
Welp if they were happy in Italy they would of stayed signore Falc. Much like our families left they knew there was nothing for them there.
Why are you attacking me over a factual statement? Italy right now has probably the biggest Exodus of young college educated people in Europe. I don’t know anything about your family’s situation but mine were dirt poor out there and going hungry without out central plumbing or even electricity and this was during the 1950s.
Lol because you're annoying. Italy is not the only country in a bad spot. It's half of Europe also. How many times do we need to be reminded on this thread by you that: 1. Italians are miserable 2. Italians are idiots. 3. Italy is going nowhere. 4. Italian stadiums are shit. We get it bro
Negative pot heads... Maybe not without father's though...then again after yesterday's events I bet every single one of them have issues with their Dads. Shame....
When I went back to visit my father's village those who didn't leave honored those that did because the resources available were left for those that remained and they were grateful that they didn't have to leave. Not everything is black and white as you make it.
You're hearing from your perspective. If you listen carefully to that sentence, lights might go off in the dungeon of your mind.
That is a perceptive many italians have. Perhaps the families you guys have out there were much more fortunate than mine but most of the family I have that are doing big things left Italy. The ones that constantly complain about things are the ones who are still there. I had one guy who I meet in school over here ask me for my University diploma so he could forge his name on it for a job which he turned down because it was for a 6 month contract and paid little. My cousin who studied nearly 10 years worth of engineering couldnt find any decent till moving to England and working in high end sports cars. Everything I have said are things everyday italians complain about. I am also not wrong about any of the stuff I said. Italy is a beautiful country with great food and culture. They just have a goverment and laws in place that makes it harder than it should be for people to succeed. In part they are also doing it to themselves because much like here nobody wants to learn a trade. Sorry for not keeping the "dolce vita" stick alive but that shit died a long time ago. @falvo You tell me am I wrong to think the way I do about how things are in italy ?
You complain more than any "everyday Italian" I know or have ever met. You're a slave to a perspective that isn't serving you well.
We are all slaves to our perspective. You have perceptive about me being some type of pot head when I have never bought weed in my life. I was around people who had it and I did partake in it because you are only young once in life. I have not touched weed in almost 3 years now and I dont hang out with those people who did anymore. The only person who I know who loved italy more than anything was my friend Juri who did nothing but party and work at some beach shack. Now he lives in Mallorca Spain with the chick he knocked up. All my other family wishes they were in the USA.
I think his opinion is pretty much spot-on, tbh. I do think he mentions it too much though, as indestructible said. We do, indeed, get it.
