New CONCACAF president's manifesto

I'm sure you all know by now that Victor Montagliani of Canada was just elected president of CONCACAF. His election manifesto can be found here at www.oneconcacaf.com

Some interesting points in his manifesto:

He mentioned last month in an interview with Alexi Lalas that he was open to making the Copa America a regular quadrennial event and moving the gold cup to a quadrennial cycle to accommodate it.

He also mentioned in another interview he's open to playing some more gold cup matches outside the United States.
