We limp behind because of decades of bad decision making.
That has contributed to us being absent from the CL/EL and the perks that gives to the clubs that filled the void PSV and Ajax.
Both reap the rewards by having players exhibited on the highest level and thus getting in the premium bonuses for players sold, but also the lure to players to come to those clubs.
