Based on our experience, I want whoever runs the youth system still subservient to the senior team coach.

Quioto is hurt. It was fun watching former Dynamo v current Dynamo. Not sure what happened to Quioto. Left holding his arm. Didn't look like much but he appeared to be in alot of pain.
Boniek has come in and made two great passes. I think we need to get him in a little bit sooner in the second half when our middle 3 get tired. He can be a real asset in that role.

Landed on his shoulder. Like when a QB gets tackled and lands on his arm. Dynamo story said may be dislocated shoulder. Articles online seem to suggest 6 weeks and then offseason surgery. F*ck. I enjoyed watching the US play well but we had so many Hondurans it reminded of the ambivalence I used to have the couple years I tried fantasy football and the Texans are playing some guy you start. Particularly when Quioto got hurt. "Meal ticket, nooooooooo."
I've been saying it for year but it's a mistake to have so many Concacaf internationals on your team and this proves exactly why. 1. They are away from the Dynamo for long stretches missing games the league doesn't take a break for. 2. Travel wear/tear 3. Injuries during international duty. Sucks..... would much prefer to have a similiarly skilled South American... who will never get called up but provide that ability....Valeri,Higuain... etc.
We had the same problem back in the day and dealt with it by having quality depth. Now? We'll see. Qualifiers are no excuse. You know who youre buying and their responsibilities to their national team (if any). Plan accordingly.
Hadn't seen this posted. Corey Roepkin reporting Quioto's injury is not severe. May play in next qualifier.
Jordan needs to protect our interests, we don't need to get a mess back so Honduras can try and play him next game out of desperation. If he's ok then fine but what I saw didn't look like he should be ok.
