My onscreen listings for Sat, Feb 10 has live Olympic action on NBC Sports Network (Men's Ski Jumping and Snow Boarding) from 7:30am - 11:30 am. instead of the 7:30 am and 10am PL matches. My provider is Verizon FIOS. Is this correct?
I guess they're shifting off of NBCSN. North London Derby is on CNBC on Saturday 7:30am. Perhaps this will be a big weekend for NBC Gold?
I don't see a CNBC update for Feb 10 yet (via Zap2it) but wouldn't surprise me if we see Arse-Spurs then Everton-Palace on the channel that morning. And Man City-Leicester is scheduled for NBC that afternoon.

It's a very minor things but the ARS-EVE game is being called by Peter Drury (in place of Arlo White who's back in Stamford) and yet the graphics just after KO say it's being called by Jon Champion. Perhaps I'm the only person who noticed that?
That's not the only wrong graphic today. When Pogba replaced Lingard, the graphic mistakenly said that Jones was subbed off. Jones didn't play.
And they did it again today in the LIV-TOT game. Drury/Dixon/Lesaux on the call for NBC, while the graphics again said Champion/Beglin. Apparently when Rebecca Lowe is away things just go to pot!
Champion/Beglin are doing the Int'l commentary for the match so the graphics were just part of the Int'l feed. Same with yesterday's match between Arsenal & Everton when Champion/Upton were doing the Int'l commentary. SA www.soccertvblog.com
Yes I realize that. But NBC usually is on top of that... to replace the default names when It uses its own team of commentators.
I'm guessing with the Superbowl and Olympics, they are stretched thin, so who knows who they have producing the games.
First round of Olympics affected fixtures: Saturday 10 February Spurs-Arsenal, 7:30 ET, CNBC Stoke-Brighton, 10 ET, CNBC West Ham-Watford, 10 ET, Universo Man City-Leicester, 12:30 ET, NBC Sunday 11 February Hudds-Bournemouth, 7 ET, CNBC Newcastle-Man Utd, 9:15 ET, NBCSN Southampton-Liverpool, 11:30 ET, NBCSN Monday 12 February Chelsea-West Brom, 3 ET, NBCSN
yeah, since we're having our big derby this weekend I knew we'd be on TV. I'm surprised to see them carry 7 out of 10 matches on English TV. I woulda thunk that they'd be leaning more on Gold. Maybe for some reason they're more conscious of pleasing the fans during the Olympics conflict period, than on a regular weekend? And since the EPL takes a break the following weekend, then there's only one more weekend (2/24) where the two overlap, and since that's the final few days of the Olympics, maybe there won't be too many events going on to conflict?
They’ve always had at least one game per match window on TV, so they’re not relying on Gold any more or less than usual. It’s just that there are an unusually low number of games on Saturday at 15 GMT.
Good point. Subconsciously I was comparing it to a more normal weekend, like last weekend, where there were 7 games on Saturday and 4 of them were on Gold.
Six matches this Saturday. Two on Gold only and a third, West Ham-Watford, is Gold in English but Universo in Spanish (clearly for Chicharito).
On Saturday, NBC will have Premier League Live at 12:00 P.M. Normally NBCSN has this and NBC starts coverage for 12:30 P.M. kickoff. NBC will have a half hour Goal Zone at 2:30 P.M. On Sunday, NBCSN will go to Olympics right after soccer, and there won't be Goal Zone, but they have had times when they made Goal Zone online only so maybe they will do that.
UK domestic TV rights only, but a good summary of where the Premier League stands with media contracts (and potential suitors). Also some scheduling changes: Premier League football TV rights bids to be submitted on Friday http://www.bbc.com/news/business-42164708
The only way I can watch the NLD at 7:30am ET tomorrow is to stream it on my iPhone. Since it's airing on CNBC, then it should be on the regular NBCSports app. I'm just praying that NBC's netops guys and infrastructure are prepared for the streaming loads during the olympics.
Just spent the last 2 hours in a Stamford pub with Kyle & Arlo. OK well not exactly "with" them, but near them. We were all watching a dismal EFL Cup Final. I introduced myself to Kyle as I walked out, and gave him various kudos (heartfelt) for which he was very grateful. He said he was coming back to the NBC show soon.
