La Furia Roja take on England in their 3rd of 4 matches in Europa League play on Monday 15 October at 1145 hrs PST, 1445 hrs EST at my favorite stadium "Er Benito Villamarin" in the Heliopolis barrio of Sevilla. The game will be televised here in the US on Univision and Unimas. By the time this match is played the Croatia-England match will have been played so by then Spain should have a pretty good idea of where the Brits are at in the classification.

Aupa Espanha y La Furia Roja!

Busquets was at fault on the first one, the second one and now the third goal. Luis Enrique it's time to put Busquets on the bench. As Juanele pointed out above our defense is shaky and any error exposes how bad they are!

Our defense is really poor today. Which is weird because since the WC, we have won 3 matches straight. And now this 4 match? What happen?

0-3 half time and the Beticos who understand futbol booing the NT for their poor display in the first half. Time to see if Luis Enrique can make the right moves and turn the game around in his first big test as NT coach losing at HT. Aupa Espanha y La Furia Roja!

A little trivia England is the country that had defeated the Spanish NT in Spain more than any one else, 4 times.

Only the second time in history Spain have conceded three goals in the first half of a home international. (2-4 v Scotland 1963... lost 2-6)

According to the COPE announcers still no players from NT warming up on the pitch, should be interesting if same XI start the second half or is Luis Enrique going to wait until the 60th minute?

Second half started and no changes in the lineup. Alcacer and Ceballos warming up.
