So FESFUt have decided to no longer recieve payment from the government/INDES External Links: https://www.elgrafico.com/futbol/FESFUT-renuncia-a-recibir-fondos-gubernamentales-20180903-0020.html
Honestly I was one of the ones against hiring him, for the mention you clearly stated he is a yes man and that he hasn't coached for anyone in years. Sigh meanwhile Panama could be signing Eduardo Lara which means they can go from strength to strength SIGH. Why are all the heads of sports in El Salvador such bone heads
Honestly it’s because the corruption hasn’t gotten so deep into our soccer it’s ridiculous. They’ve made it so it’s almost impossible to replace these corrupt officials. It’s not only FESFUT, it’s also in the second and third division and some even in the first. Just looking at the way Firpo is run right now and how some other teams have been run in the past, it shows how bad the state of our soccer has become and we need a complete overhaul to fix this problem.
Unfortunately the only way an overhaul would even come close to happening would be if the government intervened but then FIFA gets on your ass. We might not care but this kills players in our case that could be hitting their respective primes.
You guys have UMBRO unis now correct? I saw some pictures of ES v MX in the juegos centroamericanos y del caribe. They're WAY betterthan the previous crap you guys had.
The the federation wants no accountability. By not taking money from the government they owe no accountability and can continue the corruption undisturbed
This is all I could find you need to register though. Link para poder ver el juego .@Montserrat_FA 🇲🇸vrs 🇸🇻 .@LaSelecta_SLV @CNationsLeague https://t.co/87IQXU6LPv— La Selecta (@LaSelecta_SLV) September 8, 2018
Being a young professional™ fresh outta university and doing the daily 9-5 grind means I couldn’t watch the game. Not surprisingly, Brazil won 5-0. Had a chuckle at this tweet btw. To my salvi friends out there, did y'all cheer for Brazil, or El Salvador?— Sergio Avalos (@sergioavalos93) September 12, 2018
Well a very low turnout for the Brazil-El Salvador game, with the promoter stated that fans have lost enthusiasm for team External Links: https://www.laprensagrafica.com/dep...ntre-Brasil-y-El-Salvador--20180911-0174.html
That’s what needs to happen for the feds to do something. Less and less support until they realize that we won’t take it anymore
It’s almost as if people are sick of constantly being let down for years by a team that doesn’t seem to want to improve. Who’da thunk it? It just seems like we’re back at square one more often than not.
call up for the training camp before the Barbados game, this pretty much confirmed my suspicion that De Los Cobos won't call on Benji Villalobos and Rodolfo Zelaya again, as their is no excuse as both have been in great form for respective clubs.
Was reading some bits on Twitter Pohl is not helping the cause by saying that he will more than likely not release Alianza players to the training camps because of all the fracasos. Edit: Also to show how behind the times DLC is he made mention of Xavi and others coming up together during their U17 days so as to have an easier time in terms of chemistry smh.
Looks like we might even miss the Gold Cup with weak call ups like this. Zelaya went off on an interview with Los Provocadores and it goes to show how our soccer is falling behind more and more
