Miki Sudo won her fourth consecutive Pepto Pink Belt today by eating 41 hot dogs in ten minutes, edging out Michelle Lesco by 8/12 hot dogs. Previous three-time Pepto Pink Belt champion Sonya "The Black Widow" Thomas finished in third-place with 30 hot dogs. Joey Chestnut fended off Carmen Cincotti, Matt Stonie, Geoffrey Esper and other gastronomical gladiators to win the Mustard Yellow International Belt for the tenth time in the last eleven years by eating a world record 72 hot dogs and buns in ten minutes, surpassing the previous world record set by himself last year of 70 hot dogs and buns in ten minutes. -G P.S. = Mmm... sideline-reporter Melanie Collins!
