Yeah it was a blast, great weather, game, and fans. I was surprised at how wide the supporters section was, chants were a bit slow getting to the right side (I was in 145) and if it wasn't for a guy standing on his chair getting the chants we'd be pretty screwed! So if you're reading this, great job (Even though you caught slack from a couple fans and arena security)! Anyone got any videos of it?
Yeah, they had that big white tarp which split people into sections 144 and 145. It would have been better if everyone was in one section right behind the goal. Anyone know why this was done?? Nevertheless, it was good times. Nice meeting those from KC, Omaha, Maryland and LA! Hope to see some of you again soon.
Ah, figured he was pretty well known! Also yeah I'm not sure what the point of that white tarp was, but it still went over great. I really have to decide if I have money for a trip to Chicago!
i was in 124 row R directly behind the T/T goalkeeper and let me tell you we eruppted everytime jozy altidore scored......i loved it when the whole section started chanting "ole ole ole"...it was great. i would love to make it to chicago
had a great time in nashville....arrived Wednesday morning, went drinking at Dan McGuiness' then hit up LP field for the match, went to part with some trini's after the match and then hit up a taco truck for some drunken food...the atmosphere at the match was good despite the football field and the city was awesome!
Just got back to Philly from a 26 hour roadtrip. We were dead center in the supporters section, first row. I'm the a-hole twittering immediately after the first half is over in the official highlights.
damn you guys drove? that is some serious endurance right there. i hope it was worth your wednesday to go becuase it sure as hell was worth mine
spekaing of dallas some drunk guy from dallas was stumbling all over himself at halftime on me...telling me i'm cool and great and stuff and gave me his card...hes a CEO of some company
Wasn't one of our group of 5. Was it that guy who was falling over when given the hand of justice and then seen throwing up before the game?
The temptation will be there again for Chicago, and I'm thinking that the mid summer heat in the Windy City will cause many to give into temptation and hit the Hand of Justice.
