He does a lot of flicks. Also Callejon again disappointing. Insigne and Mertens also not at their best.
After this half, just like after the game against Liverpool, I simply cannot shake off the opinion that though we may see a problem in midfield here and there, it's the wings that really take away a great deal from our overall performance. WTF is Callejon doing? He is tactically intelligent and he has mastered his runs behind the defense line, but that is good for nothing since he cannot find the net at all. And please, could sb forbid him to go one on one forever? I don't want to see such a pathetic thing again in my life... We were virtually sterile on the wings against SPAL, in 45 minutes, and that is the real problem..

Meret is much better than Ospina. Even without the last minute save he had a great game and projected confidence. Hysaj needs to go. Period. He and Mario Rui are Empoli quality but not good enough for Napoli. A word about Hamsik. He had a good game but in the last minute gives away the ball that lead to Hysaj’s mistake. He should be the most experienced but is always the most nervy.
Yeah, I was already feeling good about Meret the very first game he started, he just looks so calm and assured that it's quite impressive. How long has it been since we could say that we had won a game thanks to a very good save from our goalkeeper and then a really great one? I have hopes for that guy. And don't give up on Ghoulam yet, he deserves time... I want to see more of Verdi and Younes.
yup Would Ospina have made that save? Dont think so Reina? fuhgeddaboudit Ghoulam is fine I think we are in good shape, just dont sell anybody in January squeezed outta CL thanks to UEFA BS and finest of margins and the stadium finally getting some work on it
Give him time... He hasnt played in over a year.... He may never be at the top top level he once was but he will get near it.
