    Great words from Lozano’s father.

We really need a striker but not Llorente. James would be great too as with Lozano and James many in South America will follow us.

    Out 100.5+7
    Hamsik 20+5
    Insigne 1.5
    Diawara 21
    Albiol 4
    Sepe 4.5 (next year)
    Grassi 6 (next year)
    Inglese 20 (18 next year) +2
    Rog 15 (13 next year)
Vinicius 8.5 (17 but Napoli get half)

    In 103.5+4
    Di Lorenzo 9.5
    Manolas 36
    Ospina 4
    Elmas 16
    Lozano 38+4

We still need to sell Verdi, Ounas, Hysaj, Tonelli. Should hopefully bring 60 million. If Icardi comes maybe Milik will be sold too?

Careca told Icardi to go ******** himself if he does not want to join Napoli. What a legend.

A shame ADL does bot use him and Diego as ambassadors.

Honestly I think ADl would fork the cash for icardi. If icardi is being a dick and only wanting Juve then ******** him.

Lorente will be a terrible signing. I can honestly not see him scoring more than 2-3 goals this year.

Careca: Icardi can go to hell!
    By Football Italia staff
    [IMG]
Napoli hero Careca has insisted that Mauro Icardi ‘can go to hell’ if he does not want to join, while backing Arkadiusz Milik to reach 30 goals this season.

Napoli have reportedly given Icardi until Thursday to accept their offer, prompting Careca to hit out at how the Inter striker has made his former club wait.

“Are we really still waiting for his answer? If he doesn’t want to come, he can go to hell,” the 58-year-old told Il Mattino.

“Has he understood what Napoli are about, what the San Paolo is, who the Azzurri fans are?

“Does he realise that scoring goals with that shirt isn’t worth the world? If he doesn’t want to come, it’s better if he doesn’t.

“If I was at Napoli, I wouldn’t even waste another second on him.”

In the meantime, the Partenopei already have a No 9 on their books in Milik, whom the Brazilian is expecting big things from.

“Napoli already have a good No 9. Milik can reach 30 goals. He has good positioning, he finishes well and moves with substance.

“He has everything that’s needed in a centre-forward.”

Careca scored 96 goals in 221 appearances for Napoli between 1987 and 1993.

During that time, he played alongside Diego Maradona at the San Paolo, winning a Scudetto and the UEFA Cup.

But where do we go from here?

What will our attack be? Are we aiming for the title with Milik as striker?

Icardi was really the best available option this whole window. We should have signed him but what can you do if he doesn't want to come. This really is his loss, he could have easily been the best striker in Italy with Napoli and had a chance to do something special.

Il be honest all other striker options aren't very appealing to me. I rate milik higher than most the names floating around. That says it all really.

OK but if we keep Milik let’s not get some overaged Juve scum please.

    At least let’s get James.

The problem is none of these guys will play against Juve.

The only way we are winning the league is if Sarri has a really bad start with Juve. which is very unlikely.

Torino humiliated at home. Mazzari is such a bad coach. Completely outclassed.

Verdi will not be going to Torino after this.

We have, and we still do. I think it is impossible to say that the board hasn't been trying well, as they all have, including DL. W ventured a huge bid for Pepe, but we could not compete with the richer English competition. And I personally agree that many football agents are nothing more than a particularly repulsive instance of plague. I would never have given them as much money as Arsenal had given for Pepe.

I think there are times in football when fans simply have to take disappointment into their own hands and just mourn with the whole club, not throwing it around trying to blame smn. I believe this is the time.

We brought in great players, strengthened both defense and midfield. I personally think that in both cases we did well. Firstly, we spent big money on defense to be absolutely sure, so we bought a player who is as close to a certainty as it gets. Secondly, we made smart moves with Di Lorenzo and Elmas, the latter of which seems to have a whole lot of talent. Fener fans have thought the world of him. Thirdly, we spent big money again to buy a big talent from the Netherlands.

AND, we STILL want to SPEND big money on Icardi, which DL is probably even against, knowing his ideology. He never wanted to keep players who had decided to leave, and I don't see him being happy about signing a player who does not want to come. But he has been trying, hard.

Therefore, from my point of view, this is the time when we should all stick together and hope for better things to come. Reinforcing the attack this window was very difficult. I also wanted to see a big name come, but sts you just can't get what you want, and that includes big football clubs.

It is just disappointing to start a title challenge with Milik/Llorente as your attack and Hysaj still in the team.
