The Higuain replacement was more based on luck rather than actually going out there and finding a replacement.
The fact remains that Sarri has been able to replace players and Ghoulam is replaceable. Dries playing amazing as his replacement says a lot, Sarri makes players look better than they are, just look at this team's record with and without him.
Dela will not spend to replace a class player like Ghoulam. Its not like our players were that bad, we have a lot of very talented players, even under Benitez these players showed promise. To me Ghoulam cannot be replaced. We might try a different type of LB
Ghoulam IMO can be replaced but it will be tough to find the right person. At least for Ghoulam we are finding this out now so there is time to scout, with Porky it happened after no one was expecting it
