This is not how teams should think. What does playing well mean in football these days? If it did mean anything at all, Juventus would barely win the league once. It's funny how people doubted buying Piatek would be a good choice, claiming that he just had a good spell at the start of the season. We had bought Milik from a long-forgotten league before he showed anything at all in Italy, and I think he was even more expensive. Seems like the AC scouts certainly knew what they were doing. So far at least.
its not whether he is worth 36 million or not. its whether he is better than milik or not. He has pace and power, something this team has lacked up top since the Higuain days this cup is our last chance for silverware in 18 months
I know, I was just musing. But I still think that playing well is nothing when there are barely any chances created.
It is a joke. Hamsik has been disappointing but Insigne and Mertens have been much worse. And Milik is just garbage despite his goals.
We achieved more. Did not just play better. Only because we talk about titles does not mean we will win them.
milik is wasting the space he is getting, TAKE HIM THE FUK OFF..... jesus christ when Gattuso has more tactical finesse than Ancelotti having milik on is like building an end station one stop away from your destination, and in order to get to your destination you'd have to walk across lava
you seriously believe that? I'm already sick of his yesteryear playstyle. Is Giampolo still available? Ancelotti was born with a silver spoon down his throat and he proved it today losing to an imbecile he used to babysit
Just joking. Carlo has to shake things up. Change the lineup. Start Verdi over Insigne. We have to avenge the 3-0 beating we took from Samdoria on the weekend. I hope Carlo doesn't start a pussy lineup.
I agree. Completely forgot about Verdi. I think we should give him a chance to play the number 9 role If I could choose the lineup I'd try something like this next match: Malcuit-albiol-k2-ghoulam allan-hamsik-ruiz Callejon-Verdi-Insigne/mertens bench: ounas, zielinski, diawara, rui, gaetano, younes, luperto, Insigne/mertens giving each other tearful handjobs in locker room: Maksimovic and Milik sevilla: marko rog
I'm afraid the team is gonna fall apart slowly... seemed like we played our best when Sarri's apostles were on the pitch at the same time. Milik is just pure garbage... and to anyone saying Sarri never rotated, Jesus, look at the alternative... I'm sure he would have rotated players like Ruiz, Rui, Malcuit, Younes and Verdi... Sarri gave Rog almost as much playing time as Carlo even though he had a title to chase. This is on Dela, not Ancelotti. To me, Sarri is much more suited to manage Napoli than Ancelotti and probably anyone else... it is beyond my understanding how anyone could have sacked him - must've been an ego thing. Hopefully, he'll fail at Chelsea and come back home Alternatively, the fat fuk is gonna have to get his wallet out and get Ancelotti the players he actually wants
