exactly how I saw it. there was an interesting comment made that people who watched all his games in Germany have noticed - that after his rash of red cards last year he has not been as robust in the challenges. might be the case here at the moment.

Sheesh.... that's grim. I guess it also puts him out of out game on Wednesday? His head wil hardly be right for it now, even if he is back.... poor guy .....
Seems his cousin was on the bus but survived. https://www.empireofthekop.com/2020...ousin-amongst-fatalities-contrary-to-reports/
I would stay away from speculating too much here - apparently a lot of information has already been provided.
I was going to respond until i saw you post, terp. I think it's best to leave this one be and let the law or course of events happen.
agreed. it occurs to me that as far as this is concerned, having no crowds at games is a good thing right now......
I decided I'm done with Twatter yesterday. Can't take the absolute poison that it is anymore. So keep me in the loop, please.
It may well be the beginning of the end of sane democratic society. Hopefully not, and we'll collectively rise above it, but ... I worry about this problem.... The basic problem with everyone having easy access to a publishing platform, in the absence of editorial rigor, is that people become less and less aware of the insipid comparative nature of weak ideas when placed beside actual intellectual or analytically sound ideas..... Twitter (and the internet in general) have been the biggest empowerment to stupidity in the history of mankind. Much bigger than even the idea of God.
Yes yes - it's a smaller sample size for Keita - but these stats are off the chart. Verratti is regarded as the best midfielder in the world by many.
💯 Reds appearances up for Naby! 🙌#BHALIV pic.twitter.com/Mua2TMqN23— Liverpool FC (@LFC) March 12, 2022
He played well today. Nothing spectacular but kept things moving well. And came off uninjured, apparently.
I was thinking the same thing while watching the game yesterday. Not what we paid for, but does the job.
He’s actually doing the job Klopp is asking so we should accept that. And he’s been doing well this year too.
I think there is an interesting thing that has happened with our tactics this season. The left sided central midfielder is being asked to do a very different job than the right sided one. The left side plays from deeper and sometimes sits in next to Fabinho. The right side is playing further forward and offering more width because of how often Trent comes inside. Keita and Thiago are very much two choices for the left side.
