When he signed his homegrown deal with DC United in October, he hadn't received his US citizenship yet. Do we know if that has changed?
I doubt it. We only have what the club or player tells us & I don't see any online info about a timeline to citizenship. He's only 15, so he's not likely to go anywhere for a while. I just relied on the club-provided info above.
Stringing together a couple starts for DC United. I was playing around on Twitter today, and it looks like a PSV scout recently followed him

Fairly sure he can't. Neither the US or Liberia are going to offer him the chance to go to Europe at 16. Get your Voodoo doll or find Spector's mom to take out Olson.
I have never seen either way. But it's worth noting that while he's been in national team camps, I don't think he has a national team appearance. Now, he's very young, so maybe that's just it.
I don't think that's correct as he's Liberian born and multiple Euro leagues honor the Cotonou agreement. In Spain, Germany, and France he would have the same legal right to reside and work as someone with EU citizenship.
I don't think the Cotonou agreement works quite that way, or Spain would have a ton of young African players. FIFA rules specifically allow players to move at age 16, but only for EU and EEA citizens.
Sounds like the US citizenship is worked out (generally, you don't get a passport until after citizenship, but there may be confusion on someone's part): Per U.S. Soccer on the eligibility of Moses Nyeman: "His U.S. passport is in the process of being completed." #USMNT #DCU #USYNT #goldcup— Brian Sciaretta (@BrianSciaretta) June 18, 2021
