I used to look forward to monday matches because it offset this crap of going back to work.

Now I hate Monday matches because it makes the beginning of the week because we suck.

A loss tomorrow? Then a loss to Hull in the FA cup friday. Then losses to Barca, United, and City to follow.

Don’t worry lads. We are going to batter this shower more convincingly than The Codfather in Northwich does their catch of the day.

If we don’t it’s going to get mushier than their peas. Hopefully we’ll go up early and won’t fritter away the lead and get back into 4th plaice. Really need to chip away at Utd.

What’s with the fishy puns you ask, cod only knows. It’s better than facing facts. Fight me.

Mentally, I feel like we're fooked. My heart says we win. Since I don't play, my heart means ********all.

Dancing Madrid boy wonder says he's fit. Obviously he's a mental basket case.

Start Giroud Hazard and Willian. Play Kante and Fabergas with Alonso and Zappacosta. Avoid Luiz and Cahil at all costs. If Christensen is hurt start Ampadu in the middle.

If Conte is averse to the yoof....play a 433. Be flexible please.

the entirety of this season now consists of finishing in the top 4. so let's get that started.

want a front 3, everything behind that is negotiable.

Just please, for the love of everything holy, do not start Hazard at the false nine

Lots depends on fitness tests for Alonso, Morata, and Andreas.

I don't think we see any of them. Giroud will replace Morata. Zappacosta will likely start on the left with Moses on the right. And sadly Cahill or Luiz will likely start in the middle of Rudy and Azpi.

I quite like the Monday games lately being on the West Coast. This way I don't see my weekend start up on a downer (just the working week, which is already downer territory)

lol truth but hopefully we get our shit together. Only thing that sucks is I can only snag 1 half the game on TV the rest is on my phone and cause I don't want work to know what I'm doing the wifi is turned off and quality of the stream can fluctuate

WTF is Daniel Sturridge actually made of? I thought it may have been glass, but maybe it's that special type of glass that shatters upon the mildest impact. With a core made of balsa wood and twiglets.

that was a REALLY nice shield and layoff by Giroud. i really think hazard could get a lot of goals playing with him.

Hazard making things happen once more. Nice touch by OG but would note that Bats was also showing nice 1-2's in the box before he left on loan. More notable was that clear chance OG whiffed on a few mins ago. Hopefully will get on the scoresheet today against a truly terrible team (who we have given too many chance to already).

Beautiful play. Giroud did well to hold off and lay it for Hazard.

hazard finally got a little isolated on the left, he really should have been more aggressive and ran at the defender and got a shot off.

Hope we see Emerson in this game at some point. Zappacosta getting in good positions on the left but not able to deliver much danger with his limited left foot.

Good to see Hazard perky today, and he really should never play at the false 9 nice to see him get on the ball deeper and play with a physical forward.

Christensen how desperately he was needed
