I've seen enough of Magnus that I don't need to see him in another position. He disgraces the game by forcing contact and falling down when under pressure. It is embarrassing to watch frankly.
I guess I missed it. What’s happening with Hoesen and Partida? Was Hoesen really just a migraine, or is he in concussion protocol? Any other injuries for today’s match?
The only way to prepare for the Quakes these days. God bless Stade Saputo for 2 for 1 happy hour. Go Quakes
No erikson in the squad. A rare hykachu start. And flo looks to be backat CB with yueil taking his spot in CM along with Godoy.
According to FB: Due to a personal matter, Quakes midfielder Magnus Eriksson is back in Sweden and is not with the team in Montreal.
Looks like Hoesen is over his headache, and no retaliation against Jungwirth. Per Quakes tweet, Magnus is in Sweden for personal matter, so cannot credit the coach for the shakeup.
Due to a personal matter, Quakes midfielder Magnus Eriksson is back in Sweden and is not with the team in Montreal. And our new guy not listed in the 18
Someone posted on another thread that he flew into SJ earlier today. Plus all the visas and usual hold ups our mid season signings have...we might see him in a couple of weeks
Florian Jungwirth starting after what he'd publicly said earlier is a clear indication of how thin the team's roster situation is: rightly or wrongly, there'd be no way he'd be starting (or perhaps even be suited up) had Mikael Stahre realistically had someone comparable to replace him with. In fact, that actually may be why he felt safe enough to publicly say what he said in the first place. GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
Dang I was kinda hoping they had somehow cut ties with Eriksson but that is extremely wishful thinking. Stahre loves the guy.
I'm shaking things up.....just finished my pregame ritual....Lagunitas Born Again Yesterday IPA(usually pregame consists of their regular IPA so hoping this switch helps)
