The heir of De Rossi is... I don't know. The easy answer is Torreira. The realistic one, not so sure.

Lacking productivity on the right wing has been crucial.

We could really use someone like that Salah guy on Liverpool.

Yeah, it is a tad depressing to see him tearing it up.

he was always going to tear it up in the EPL. He's made for that type of environment plus he's a clever player.

Liverpool is a perfect team for him though in the way they are set up, and they have Coutinho, my God he must be the best creative midfielder in the world right now

Yeah, Mane, Coutinho, Firmino are all better than anything we have, and that's on top of the fact PL sides just dare him to run in behind all day. Everything pointed to Salah doing well there.

On top of his previous epl experience and the season he had for us, he was just going to keep getting better.

I just can't imagine what would have happened if we didn't have Fazio. Our best CB by far.

Late 20s to early 30s is the prime of a CB career. Many times teams give up on defenders far too early

Talk of Under going to Sassuolo.

Should try to work out a deal for Berardi. Throw in Defrel outright and work out a Pellegrini type deal for Under.

Alot of talk about Monchi targeting a RW for the winter, and we definitely need one. Two of our signings did not work out there, and Karsdrop's injury means Florenzi can't play there either.

I won't get my hopes up about Mahrez, with the form he is in, Arsenal will most likely target him to replace Ozil, and he obviously prefers to stay in England since his wife is English.

LOL, the rumoured potential offer to Berardi is 5M loan plus 15M option! That's a bit lower than the 50M his club were asking for only 3 months ago.

I'm not a big fan of Berardi, but part of my opinion is influenced by how overvalued he was. This price is much closer to what his value should be, and a deal won't be bad.

I don't think he will be a world beater, but if he can do a solid job and keep Schick on his toes, that's the best we can do atm.

Like El Sharaawy, I feel like Berardi is worth the gamble. Even 2017 Berardi is better than what we have. 20 million plus Under is a 35 million value, which is around what we offered last summer.

We should be getting a big payday from CL this year. Definitely should start to use it now while the title race is open. Who knows what next season looks like.

I think they are only planning to loan Under, not sell him. If anyone is getting canned, it will be Defrel.

I also have a feeling Gonalons has a big offer from France, which might explain all the homesick and Badelji rumours.

The signing of Defrel has been a bit pointless since we got Schick. And in the rare occasions when Dzeko didn't start games, Defrel was injured and unable to replace him. I remember the deal for him was kind of weird. If it wasn't an outright purchase, I think bailing out on him would be the best choice. Then we'd have Schick to backup Dzeko and a new RW.

This happens from time to time. The market changes and you have to adjust. We were supposed to have Defrel as vice-Dzeko and Mahrez as our Salah replacement. But Mahrez stalled and Schick became available.

Same thing happened when Salah became available. Sabatini bought Iago Falque earlier in the summer, but then Salah didn't want to stay at Fiorentina so we bought him too. So Falque rode the bench.

Yeah, we were looking at going into that season with Ibarbo and Falque getting regular starts. Yeesh.
