I must say coming from a country that carried out the Holocaust, you would be an expert on RACISM. I would say something back but I am carrying a yellow card and I don't want to get kicked out of the game. But you know what your are and your little video is corny and terrible posture. Oh yeah shakedown street...LMAO. OK Al Capone See ya later tough guy...You just made my ignore list, Love, Peace, and Chicken Greese
Yup, our parents taught us well to ensure this never happens again...{SNIP - MOD NOTE - no need to add sexism to the mix Cris} You'll be ok. There's nothing you could say back to me about German history that I have not already heard so you did the right thing there by keeping quite as you have simply prevented yourself from being further embarrassed. Al Capone? Lol...it's The Grateful Dead, man...
You are comparing yourself to a Noble Prize winning economist/mathematician who used problem solving skills to deal with his visions? Saying "gringo" is racist is one thing, but that is a whole other issue.
Isn't it funny how Trolls somehow find themselves to this sight. I can just see the Moderator thinking to himself, " Am I a troll?" Then getting on the strand, then saying something that is Trollish. I'm not saying any names, cough cough _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. This guy reminds me of someone by any chance do you know his name?
So all of the times that I've heard Landon Donovan referred to as a pinchegringo or putogringo, it wasn't considered pejorative? Good to know.
It's a cultural thing. In many the Latin Culture there is a saying: LOVE COMES FROM HATE...Now do you get it? I think we all know it is not the word itself, it is how you say it. So it is just a way for some men/boys to give an insult and hide behind the word by saying it doesn't mean anything in negative way, because they are not man enough to say what they really mean. I have a friend in South America who does this a lot
the words ******** and pinche are the key. insert anything after ******** .. ******** americano.. pinche argentino. see like i said.. why would we name jesus "el gringo" Castro.
A lot of old Westerns regularly use the word gringo. And I hope this isn't pejorative or racist but: Your - something belonging to you. You're - you are.
The fact that you chose specifically "Americano" and "Argentino" for your examples is interesting. But leaving that aside for a moment, I never hear Donovan being called simply "********." It's always "putogringo." Do you guys call Carlos Ruiz a "********," or a "putochapin?" I can't speak for Mexico, but in Ecuador you get called "gringo" if you have white skin, regardless of what country you're actually from. Sometimes the word "gringo" is used pejoratively and sometimes it isn't.
