Welcome MoMo!!!...15 Goals and 15 Assists next Season and We'll sing your name on the Kop 8 days a Week With such a dearth of Proven out and out Wingers on the Market today and the likes of Perisic being value at 45 Mil £ this guy could turn out to be an Absolute Steal.
https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/welcome-mo-salah-11.2059208/#post-35592091 Liverpool winger Mo Salah turns down expensive gift for firing Egypt to the World Cup. classy, Mo.
If Salah keeps this up he has got to be the signing of the season. Considering how the transfer market went over the summer the price we paid is now looking like an absolute bargain.
Definitely - and regardless of the rest of the season it's already in the top 5 of the PL just based on the first 3 months.
Salah right up there , a winger keeping pace with the leagues top strikers. Kane 8 PL goals Aguero -7 Lukaku -7 Salah -7
Imagine how many goals he would have if he was a bit more clinical in front of goal. He has wasted quite a few great chances. It’s not a criticism...just pointing how many chances he is creating. If he starts taking his chances as well as he did today, he has the potential to score at an even higher rate.
Remember Suarez's first season and how wasteful he was? And then second season, bang! I think this lad, if he works on improving his game, has the opportunity to do the same.
I can't rep this again. Yesterday he put in 2 nice goals. But my heart was in my mouth both times he lined up to shoot. We've see too many go astray. Like that open goal header last match. I've come to like the guy a lot, I love the enthusiasm and work ethic. He has an unsophisticated way about his game all aimed at the oppos goal and more and more are going in.
he seems to operate at one speed only - flat out, blindingly fast - and works 99% on instinct and reaction. I think he misses chances for that reason, I mean he's not exactly cool hand luke is he? I think he's great and will only get better.
http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/41878393 Salah - Liverpool's best signing since Suarez? Was Liverpool's purchase of Salah for £34m the signing of the summer? The Egyptian winger is certainly making a strong case to suggest he was. Sent packing by Chelsea in 2015 - first on loan to Roma before joining the Italian club permanently last year - the 25-year-old has returned to England a completely different player. He scored two goals in 13 appearances for the Blues but in just three months at Liverpool he is already on the verge of becoming the club's leading scorer in a single season since Luis Suarez's final campaign for the Reds in 2013-14. Suarez hit 31 goals in that campaign and no player has scored more than 14 in a season since. Salah is already on 12 and we're only at the start of November. Liverpool's top scorers since Suarez left in 2014 Season Player Goals 2016-17 Philippe Coutinho 14 2016-17 Sadio Mane 13 2015-16 Daniel Sturridge 13 2014-15 Steven Gerrard 13 2017-18 Mohamed Salah 12 2016-17 Roberto Firmino 12 2015-16 Philippe Coutinho 12 Dig a little deeper and Salah's stats are even more impressive. He has scored more goals after 17 games than Suarez and Fernando Torres had at the same stage of their Liverpool careers, despite not playing as an out-and-out striker unlike those two. Meanwhile, his three assists means he has played a part in 15 goals this season. Again, more than either Suarez or Torres. And perhaps the worrying thing for Salah's future opponents is that he should arguably have scored more goals than he has. He missed a penalty against Huddersfield last month and in just 11 Premier League games he has had 37 shots on goal, 24 of those on target.
Which goal was quicker? http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/fir...senal-salah-v-west-ham-which-goal-was-quicker
