    Not inconceivable. They're following the same recipe as Portugal 2016, Italy 2006, and Greece 2004. Uninspiring but stubborn play.

    They've already beaten France, Netherlands (group-wise, at least) and Italy to get this far. Smashed Mexico and was tied with Germany until Kroos' great FK. When you consider that, getting past England and Croatia is the downhill-part of their ride to the final.

    Barca won 6 of the 9 La Liga titles during the time Cristiano was at Madrid.
    Messi also won 5 Pichichis compared to Cristiano's 3.
    So I guess CR7 joins Neymar in leaving Spain to get out of Messi's shadow. :thumbsup:
    Meanwhile, he is joining a club that has won the Scudetto SEVEN seasons on the trot. So well played by him. :rolleyes:

    Ronaldo is clever enough to reject Utd and join Juventus which is good for his career. He’ll easily win league titles and can also help Juve win CL again. Anyways, all the best to his career with Juve.

    The joke about Ninja Turtle was definitely made. Brazilians will joke about most everything. I can't imagine Mbappe took it the wrong way but you never know with different cultures and personalities.

    Given this came from a Madrid "pundit", I think this is pure nonsense and he is just trying to unsettle PSG. Pretty despicable but not outside the realm of today's journalism.

    As for Cristiano to Man Utd I heard Mourinho wasn't interested. I always felt those two never got along. Both very head strong who rarely give an inch.

    It's possible but he won't replace Cronaldo's goals ( tap ins and headers lol ) .

    MBappe is the obvious one to my mind but maybe Lewandowski !?
    Kane would be great as he's simply not World class in my view

    You don't need all those goals to win titles.

    I'd be surprised Mbappé or Neymar leave 1 season into PSG. Neymar would be more likely to throw a hissy fit behind the scenes to force his way out.

    Lewandowski's stock is way down after this WC even though it's not much fault of his own. Not sure Madrid would go for him.

    I hear Morata is looking for more playing time :ROFLMAO:
