Good save by Ricketts on Espindola in minute 10; handball in the box called on Braun two minutes later, PK buried by Paulo Jr. and RSL leads early.

    Dear RSL commentators,

When you're talking about how physical your defenders are, saying stuff like "they're not fouling, just pushing and grabbing," you sound like an assclown. "Pushing and grabbing" are both fouls you rambling idiots.

Oh, and don't laugh as you watch a replay of Olave throwing down an opposing player in the box and then talk about how he's a player you build your FIFA team around. That was a foul, and if this league had competent refs, Olave would have cost his team a PK.

    ????????

    you sound bitter.

edit: oh and if you knew anything about olave you would know of all the bullshit red cards and crap fouls that were called on him his first year+ in the league. it took a lonnnggggg time for refs in this league to realize that just because olave is big doesnt mean he is fouling. he uses his strength to properly shoulder people off the ball and dominate. there is a reason he won defender the year and is the final three for that award consistently now. he's clearly one of the best in the league and has properly earned that respect.

With all the thuggish play accusations that get thrown around about players on BgiSoccer, Olave and Borchers don't receive nearly enough of those accusations.

Yep, blatant shove, not even a hint of shoulder.

I never thought I'd say this, but I wish they'd bring back the elevator music. These stuttering youtube videos are terrible. :(

    Okay, over to MLS now.

Looks like this'll be a slightly lower-scoring match than the CCL one.

Mapp's gotta play that sooner. Could have been an easy goal.

Great midweek crowd at Rio Tinto and the Jazz are playing at home ( I think ) MLS has come a long way, in such small market to have a nearly packed house is amazing

Yeah, great quality on the serve from Grabavoy and header from Espindola, too.

Another obvious foul by Olave, wonder what game Salazar is watching.

I like Dunseth. He's willing to call it both ways and seems pretty knowledgeable.
