Nat Borchers, thanks. I'll just stick with "what's his name" from now on though ;-)

How do I get in? Puh-leeeeeeease?!

I've been so busy with moving that I haven't had time to make my team until now... damn work and all.

What's His Name is too awesome! He'll play for sure. Along with Who's It and That Guy, they make up an impenetrable back line for RSL.

    12 points this round.
    It's official, I suck.

It's only been 4 weeks and I already want to use the wildcard.

I used mine last week. I figure burn it now when its obvious which players wont be contributing like you thought they would in the preseason.

I almost used mine this morning... but took the -4 hit instead. this was the first week I've scored below the average. I'm not going to hit the panic button just yet. It seems like this was a bad week for anyone who didn't have Henry on their team, haha.

EDIT: 15, you'll be happy to hear I no longer have Magee on my team. a consistent 2 points just isn't going to cut it.

Can't decide who to leave out between Russell, McKenzie, and Bernardez. McKenzie is up against toronto this week, which has a decent possibility of a clean sheet.

Russell is going up against New England, which seems to me like a bit of a toss up, but I think Russell could have a good game against them.

Bernardez is in the dream team, and going up against New York, who is of course on fire right now.

    Decisions, decisions....

I'm still on the edge of being in the top 5... 30 points away from being in the top 200 overall. (the only undefeated team left in my head-to-head league)

Still hoping I'll catch up to you Shaggy, haha.

I loved using the wild card last week. Result = everyone played, even if they didn't all earn big points, and I netted 70 on the week to sneak back up the ladder a bit. What a great deal; I had too many players who never play, and that keeps one from adjusting for weeks where you need to move people to the bench due to inactivity or poor matchups.

DeLeon was my captain last week. Worked out nicely as even without the point doubling he had the most points of any of my selections. :)

    Worst week so far :(

Espy was my captain, Olave on D, FCD sat Hartman, and I missed the Wednesday cutoff by like 5 minutes so I had a Sounders defender with 0.

Ugh...hard to come back from that...

I was hoping to trade in Sabo for a cheaper striker and get some midfield help but now I got to get rid of Henry and probably Cooper. Henry makes Cooper great, without him he'll be average.

I dropped the two of them also.

Mrs. Ismitje is lining up in the famous 5-2-3 formation for the upcoming week. :) If she gets several shutouts from the defenders though, watch out!

I've been trying to go to a 5 man defense without using my wildcard but it's tough. I've been taking a -4 to -8 hit each week trying to get the players in the right spots. Pretty soon it's going to bite me in the ass.

. . . Mrs. Ismitje snagged a cool 100 points last week with this formation - 117 was best in the world. Needless to say, I have copied the 5-2-3 myself for round ten.

Nicely done. I had one of my worst rounds with a below average score. 43 points.

I'm in position to go to 5 defenders after this week. I wanted to wait til RSL had the bye week.

Ouch. I'm getting killed this week. If Sabo doesn't score a hatrick I'm screwed.

I ended up using my wildcard this week. I was hoping to fit one more transfer in (thinking about trasnfering beckerman) but I forgot about the game today.

    1) Saborio for Sene
    2) Rimando for Reis
    3) Beitashour for Morrow
    4)Demerrit for Bonjour
    5) Jumper for Cameron
    6) Donovan for DeRo
    7) Uro for Moffat
    8) Marsheider for Meara
