I've got one forward that I think might need to be transferred... maybe I'll give him one more round. Other than that I think my line up is pretty decent, I just need to pick better starters within the team, and pick a better captain.
Can somebody explain to me how Donovan gets 10 points despite losing and not having a goal or an assist, and Espindola wins and scores a goal but only gets 8 points?
Donovan only got 5 points, if he got ten than you must have made him your captain doubling his points. He got two for playing, two for attacking, one for defense.
damn. they took a bunch a points away from Beckham. He had 11 points( double that since he was my captain) and they dropped him down to 6. He was my captain so I dropped 10 points from that. doh!!!

Ya I had him on my team too (though not the captain). We'll see how serious the league is about being more strict on handing out cards too. If they grow a pair he'll lose another point after getting his yellow (Buddle too).

It was a tough decision, but I'm keeping Beltran in my starting 11. If he doesn't play, he'll be substituted for mckenzie. I'd rather it be that then the other way around.
I am depresses because Peri Pantsapopolous was cut by Chicago. Pantsaspolovich. Pantsapantsapasta. Something like that, but he was destined to be a key member of my bench this season.
This format doesn't permit too much maneuvering on a week-by-week basis, but at least my bench provides a lift this week as Marco Pappa moves into the mix.
I'm kicking myself right now... I meant to make Espindola my captain this week, and Kimura my Vice captain... but I think I forgot to hit 'confirm' because it's the other way around. I could have 47 points right now instead of 43. poop.
yeah. but even then I moved up from 10th last round to 6th. So I guess I can't kick myself too badly, just learn. 'sigh'
Accidently pressed it 2 weeks in a row before trading for Espindola. I'll be able to grab him next week.
Kenny Cooper might have shot me up to the top of the big soccer league. I took a risk in making an extra transfer this week. I switched out beckham and Wenger for Alhassan and Boyd. I ended up getting a +2 out of that transfer. Let's see if my Garson instincts keep on rollin'.
Nice job. I'm slowly working my way up... very slowly. went from 10th the first week, to 6th, and right now it's showing me in 5th... so we'll see. Hopefully Cesar and Hartman have good games tonight.
What is your guys' thoughts on Schuler? Do you think he'll stay in the lineup for a while longer or will he be the odd man out with what's his name coming back?
My guess is Schuler plays with Borchers this week and Olave has a week off to save his knees from Portland's turf. But who knows.
