If I log directly into my account from the Crew homepage, I see my 2019 invoice and tickets for upcoming home matches but nothing for 2018 playoffs, except a link that goes nowhere. When following the link in the email and even logged in to my account, I'm getting the general public price for my premier east section and not the member discount. Clowns.
So, I had to break down and call Shanee, my rep. She says with auto-renewal there is nothing to be done. I'll get my same seats and the invoice won't appear on my account manager page until the game is set in stone. Clear as mud from all the communication that I received. Par for the course.
Yes, my original bench was replaced when they put in the chairs, renamed our generic section East Preferred and jacked up our prices. But I've had my seat, section 107 row 13 seat 1, since the stadium opened. I have no plans except to sit there until a new stadium opens.
Formerly 106. I left after they jacked up the prices, and most of the longtime ST holders around me left. I miss that section.
The sun sucks a majority of the season. My ticket is half what the VIP seats on the west side pay, so there is a trade off. Sunglasses, hat and sunscreen on my nose and neck are requirements most of the season. This time of year is the best as the sun is below the edge of the western stands before kickoff. I love a night game. Even with 7:30 kickoffs, we don't get a nigh game feel for most of the year.

No, no, no, I have been told that that gate is only for B LOT pass holders and East Preferred ticket holders (and now Acura drivers). This gate is not to be used by ANY other people. I will fight anyone who says differently (or retreat to the Wild Man's Leather and Lace ZZBoots panic room that resides below my east preferred seating location). They said it was for Only US, Damnit! and they never lie. The FO of this team has won awards and has a gilded history of doing right by their customers. Show me one instance when they haven't. I won't hold my breath.
Maybe this year. I had b lot tix for a couple years and it always seemed to take ages to get out. I just get general parking now and get out way faster.
It has been poor in the past, this year it does seem to be moving more quickly. There are fewer cars and fewer in attendance though. I'm not sure if I give anyone credit for it besides those folks that aren't coming to the games any more.
Things have changed personally for me in the last year, in a pretty significant way. A game on Oct 31 would present a pretty heart-breaking dilemma.
