No, thank goodness, given how it went. :) Brought a group of my students for meetings at the Gates Foundation tomorrow. Drinks with alums tomorrow night is something I am very much looking forward to.

Oh, my, it's a howler from Tyler Miller. 2-2. But it's like a quadruple error from defenders and goalkeepers to gift Zlatan a goal.

I'm a little annoyed that Zlatan will get credit for it. The ball wouldn't even have gotten to him without a comedy of defensive errors, and then there was the howler.

What is it about the Galaxy that so bedevils LAFC? They seem to simply fall apart, for no discernible reason! Why on EARTH would Beitashour be passing back in that instance? What the HELL was Tyler Miller doing? Zlatan's shot would have been saved by 48 year old ME. That is just horrible.

to be fair.. Zlatan being the shooter has to affect the keeper in some way.. granted how the ball got to him is something else

I can’t decide if that’s Bradley overreacting or recognizing that the gameplay isn’t working and is being smart for not waiting longer to adjust.

Obviously I don't know what prompted Diomande to enter the substance abuse and behavior health program.

But I find it curious he was allowed back right before playoffs with barely any time in it

Okay LAFC is going to lose this game. Apart from the hilariously bad offside non call everything is going against them.

I think there's a minimum length to it? My guess is that he decided to enter it when he did so that he'd have a chance of getting back before the playoffs.

That's justice done over the offside decision in the first half.

There have been some amazing players who I have thoroughly enjoyed watching in MLS over the years, but Carlos Vela just might take the cake.

I can’t think of a better attacker that came here basically still in his prime.

Ibra is right; that was a dumb way to play a good pass.

LAFC playing like it is on the schoolyard. Pretty stuff. Should have had another.
