I was going to make some sort of smart ass comment and say something like "if they were talking about the second half of this century, I'd agree." Then I realized that I support one of two teams that aren't in their first year that have never won a playoff game. So I ain't got sh!t to say, do I?
So, I need some help here. In less than a month I'm taking a 3 week trip to Europe. I have one night that I'm unsure of right now. I need to drop my car of in Duisburg on a Friday, but the hotel rooms are pretty much all booked up there. So, I can stay in Koln, Dortmund, or Bonn (or somewhere else nearby). Anyone have a suggestion on where I should stay? The rest of the trip I'm good on but I can't quite figure out what to do on this one night. So, I'm asking around to see if anyone has stayed in any of these places and if they have a suggestion. I'm not catching a game either (else I'd go to wherever had a game that weekend).
Who'd have thunk the Crew would sit in 1st (in the East, sort of) after 4 games after the first two games? Yes, I know it won't last as everyone plays 4 games, still, unexpected turnaround.
Cheap? BBVA Compass Stadium has them, the Dynamo coaches have just chosen not to use them for league games. They bring them out for internationals.
