Always happy to see my team whip up on the foe, but let's hope Jermaine and Lee (I presume to use first names because I have never learned how to spell Lee's family name) come back soon. What could have been a thrillah looked more like a ritual sacrifice.
So whats the wrap up for the week?? Best game? Best Goal? Worst? Most disappointing game? I think it was NE vs SEA..

Teams that look strong are LA, Seattle, Toronto, and Columbus (despite not scoring). Chicago looks like the worst in the league, Colorado is close, feel bad for Marcelo having gone there.
This was the best MLS opening week since 1996. Unimas SAP, a slate full of saturday games and a TV tripleheader on Sunday. Somebody pinch me. And I write this as a Quakes fan. Which by the way - Dallas-San Jose - was a hell of a game, even if the black hats won.

Or else Raul Mendiola trips someone from behind in the box when his team is up 4-0 and the player with the ball has 2 defenders in front of him. SMH, that comb was in the bag too.
Vancouver v. Toronto Dempsey v. New England (the build up especially) Worst game? Philadelphia v. Colorado Highlight of the weekend for the league had to be 62K+ in Orlando, I know reasonably they'll drop to 20-25K levels, but still a great introduction to the league.
The league's highlight videos, previously 6-8 minutes per game, are in the 4 minute range now. http://www.mlssoccer.com/video/channel/full-highlights that's unfortunate, IMO, the longer videos gave more chance to get a feel for the flow of a match (without going to the 15-to-20 minute MLS Live condensed game).
