It takes some history to develop a rivalry my guess is for the first first few seasons our rivals will be any team in the Eastern Conference. I personally have a deep hate for the Revs.

Landing Adrian Heath was a good move on their part and I suspect he'll come good with the players next year, and possibly later in this season. I can't really speak as to their roster, though, and haven't seen any of their preseason games. But I do know they're feeling pressure to be at least average in the league this season, and I've seen nothing to suggest they're an inept operation.
preseason can tell you a little - they've struggled, including getting beaten by an USL team just recently.
