I hope the Blast is leaving Baltimore early, as Milwaukee is expecting up to 8" of snow Saturday evening and into Sunday morning.

The good news is that I will miss the snow as I will be in Las Vegas this weekend.
The bad news is that I will miss the game as I will be in Las Vegas this weekend.

What's the chance I can get a sportsbook to put on the Eleven network at Noon on a Sunday for an indoor soccer game (in the middle of NBA and NHL playoff games)? That's what I thought... I'll be watching it on my wife's iPad in my hotel room.

Speaking of Sunday afternoon, the Milwaukee Bucks have a playoff game two blocks down from the UWM Panther Arena starting two hours before the Wave game. Methinks that will significantly hold down attendance. This year's Bucks = last year's Brewers and Milwaukee is off-the-map excited about the state of sports here. Unfortunately, that doesn't extend to the Wave. I would expect an actual on-hand of about 2500.

2,500 might be on the high end if there's snow. Presales look weak for both semifinal games.

I was just messaged on facebook saying last night that i didn't when the grand prize for their facebook contest but they did offer me 4 free tickets in section 206. This is going to be the lowest crowds of the year due to a week to sell tickets and the bucks game down the street.

Terrific game. I wonder if Soccer-Man will show up with a conspiracy theory about how the Blast got cheated out of a win. SHAME.

nearly 3700 fans officially. plus its fun to finally knock out the blast. still hate the single elimination setup, but i understand why they have it, as the league is what it is. now the wave get to host the flash for the right to hoist banner #7. i might grab tickets to watch the game as its been a few years since i've been to a Wave game.

I really like the single match knock out. Makes much more sense from a business perspective and adds a lot of suspense for the fans. Thinking of heading up for the match as well. Monterey has a couple of former Mustang players to cheer for. Really wanted to see Taylor Bond and Pee Wee Ortega win the final for San Diego. i think that I will be a Monterey Flash fan for a day.
