we were lucky to be tied at half, and unfortunately, i can't say we would have deserved a draw after 94 minutes. they had the more dangerous chances (or chances period). we just looked like we were content at 0-0. no urgency or bravery going forward in the final third. cautious substitutions, etc. it would have worked out if we'd kept our concentration for 94 minutes instead of 92.
Pipita and Cutrone up top with the change to the 4-4-2....let’s get weird boys. OFFICIAL Milan XI vs. Sampdoria pic.twitter.com/mMCVkmhFhx— Milan Eye (@MilanEye) October 28, 2018
Much needed win! I wanna see Caldera in that back line sooner rather than later to see if he and maybe the addition of Conti can help with some of these goals were conceding.
Cutrone started with Higgy in a 4-4-2. They looked good playing together. Laxalt has been easily better than Calhanoglu. Still need something in the middle.
Good victory. I watched this in ESPN..looks like Calabria was seriuosly injured??? Conti will replace him.
By the way the last two summer transfers have gone between our clubs, it could happen, for Dybala and Moise, maybe
You not liking Bonbons performance this year or something? Besides we took his salary off your books.
1-0 good guys at half. suso golazo in the 3rd minute. it sounds like we've struggled the last 15 minutes or so, but i'm just going by the audio on espn+.
Yeah we have been playing like complete shit since the middle of the first half. Cannot believe that we gave up the goal that way.
ya Genoa's goal was luckier than Romagnoli's. deserved the win as we were knocking on the door. Even Abate had a shot on goal
capitano saves the day. i missed most of the second half between leaving the office, dinner, and getting ready to trick-or-treat. was the second half better than the first? either way, 3 points is 3 points. i decided i wasn't going to look at the table until nov 1. i don't think it's really worth worrying about until you get a representative sample of games in. so now we're 10 games in, and we sit fourth. with some of the crappy performances we've seen and the talk of canning gattuso, can we really expect to be higher than we are now? i mean qualifying for the CL was said to be the goal at the start of the season, and that's what we're on track for.
I have to say we sucked majority of the game with no creativity whatsoever. Really looked poor and disinterested. Glad we won and this is our first clean sheet but we can't continue playing like that.
Im referring to both, as well as D'Allessandro "foul" on Zapata that could have lead to a goal for us. Zapata got burned, dove and won a foul that is BULL I like Milan, I want them in the UCL but not at the expense of ********ing my team over. Im fed up, we have played good this year, and have deserved more than what we have received in terms of points.
