My Vision for the Crew The Product: Winning is better than losing. This is a fact. In my vision, the Columbus Crew SC will do more winning than losing because that seems like an important thing for a competitive team to do. If, at any time, the team is losing more than winning, it's simply because the team and it's front office have not thoroughly considered the logic of my vision. Stadium: My vision involves a new stadium on an island in the middle of the Scioto River downtown. The stadium will employ classic Germanic architecture, including flying buttresses and pointed arches in each corner, in recognition of the Nordecke and the city's German roots. In my vision, the naming rights will be White Castle. Community Integration: People that live in and around the same area are a community. Making the community stronger and more inclusive is part of my vision. This will be accomplished by simply telling the largest companies and employers in the area to give money to the Columbus Crew SC in order to support this vision. If they do not comply, then they support community decline and hatred. Conclusion: I should hire someone who's only job is to keep me from writing and posting things like this to the internet. It makes me look stupid.
This guy is complete tool using instigator tactics to try gain notoriety for his own personal/professional gain. Two negative pieces on your hometown team. Jarosi Sports Law @JarosiSportsLaw3 hrs3 hours ago @cpsut no vendetta; I write about all of MLS and try to be objective and informative. The Crew, though, compared to the rest of MLS... @cpsut52 mins52 minutes ago @JarosiSportsLaw Not buying it. Foolish pieces in my opinion. As an agent why pick @ specific clubs? Can't imagine will benefit your clients Jarosi Sports Law @JarosiSportsLaw43m43 minutes ago @cpsut (i) honesty will gain more respect than pandering; (ii) very few truly WANT to play in Columbus; (iii) #MLS in NY calls the shots.
And his "vision" is that Crew SC is always in the playoffs, every year. What a genius. I wonder if Gregg has ever thought of this. "Winning is better than losing". I tell you, brilliance like this doesn't come around often. What a crock of Jarosi.
The level of hate on Jarosi is pretty impressive, considering I doubt any of us have ever met him before. BIGSOCCER FTW!
Says the Ives pimping Red Bulls fan. Ives being a bigger tool than Jarosi, which is a an impressive feat.
I wonder what his view is on Klinnmans 'go to Europe' comments were, with that 'no one wants to come Columbus' (under coach Bob) meme. JK is saying they shouldn't goto MLS in general.
I don't know if he was a HSG guy or a jilted investor or jilted agent but I have always disregarded him because his thinking is as deep as a puddle. Look at his vision for the Crew, point 1 consistently win. Well done, buddy. I think that is everyone's vision. The important part is how do you consistently build a winning team? DP's, Homegrowns, style, force, how? Second build a new stadium. How and where? There are usually buildings there. And where does the money come from if the team is losing $5 million a year as he claimed is common knowledge. Oh and make Ohio Health get the naming rights. For free? Wow that is generous. I could go on but it is really not worth it.
