Gunner? Could be a good nickname for Bradley considering the tenacity he plays with.

I'm sure the thread title will cause an uproar after which the title will be changed to your nomination.

    Yes.

EDIT: I thought we decided that Mike Bradley was too macho for silly thread titles.

EDIT2: You can at least have gone "Michael Bradley: Gunning to be the best" or something.

haha. The thread title can confuse, particularly if Marine "Gunner" terminology isn't in the forefront. Kinda like if the thread was "My Left Foot--The Michael Bradley Thread."

eta: I don't usually pay attention to the thread name debates, how many pages does that usually take? 2? 3? ;)

I thought Gunner meant Arsenal, too.

Adu threads can take the 1st 100 posts.

I thought the thread title meant Mike was going to med school.

So should we keep the current one or change it?

Which the world Cup just kind of proved to be accurate...but that's FIFA not Kicker. And how is it there are only 73 midfielders in the Bundesliga?

Mostly I needed to go back to a post from the last thread, so I could...

    add my own...OMG?!?!?

Only 73 with more than 30 minutes in more than 50% of the games.

Re: Gunner Bradley - Michael's Post WC thread

well we certainly had a good world cup and proven we can compete with anyone, but we also lost to a team that was listed 32. Its a reasonable position for the US (about as high as we should be), but the difference between 30 and 14 is not that far apart IMO....

My point was that Rankings done are not always accurate. Kicker rankings are based off an opinion or formula?

Changed the title per popular demand. However, if the Arsenal thing happens then we'll go with "Gunner Bradley".

    Fair enough?
