Hopefully we can take it. With the Spring championship basically in the bag, I think the focus is going to be on the FCC game.

The Tailgate Show @TheTailgateShow 2h2 hours ago Rumors circling that Riccardo Silva's in talks w/ Beckham to combine @TheMiamiFC w/ Beckham Utd for @MLS bid, listen in on Thursday's show!
As much as I'd like to see it, and as much as it makes sense for both parties, I'm highly skeptical about the veracity of these alleged rumors.
As am I since just last week there was a rumor Silva was willing to pump in loads of money into the NASL.
Well last weeks rumors where never officially confirmed so who the hell knows what is truly real anymore. Silva does have a history of going back and forth between supporting MLS or NASL.
Poku did everything but score, record crowd of over 10,400 go home disappointed with the 1-0 loss. Great match which could have gone either way.
Jeff CarlisleVerified account @JeffreyCarlisle 8m8 minutes ago NASL side Miami FC & Kingston Stockade of NPSL have filed claim
Here's whats going to happen, CAS will point to the byline in FIFA laws that every countries FA will have precedent as to the systems in place for leagues and then say talk to the USSF if you want pro/reg which will lead nowhere. Meanwhile Silva gets to be the "Champion" of Pro/Reg which will be worth zip once MLS announce the new stadium and team in Miami. This is all a PR ploy and honestly a poor one at that.
Can we at least get a LOT more new stable teams into the US Soccer Pyramid before bringing up pro/rel again? Right now people want PRO/" " versus pro/rel
no no what you really don't understand is that by bringing this into the CAS is that some judge somewhere is going to show us the error of our ways...pro/rel will bring us the stable teams that you desire...lol https://medium.com/@dens/on-enablin...er-pyramid-bottom-up-and-top-down-f14059f80f0
Reading that just makes me realize that he just got suckered into it by Silva. He quotes the $4B deal and everything else is just pie in the sky type BS the Pro/Reg people put out there. Honestly he's got nothing to lose since he's the one running an amateur team, this just smells like Silva knows Miami MLS is going to happen and this might work to force the USSF hands in the matter since he knows he'll probably lose more than half of his current fanbase when that team comes into existence.
Nail meet head. He is just gonna keep stomping his feet until, like the Cosmos, he will burn himself out and he will be forgotten.....or remembered for what he is....small time. Desperate acts committed by a desperate man. I never cared for Miami as an MLS town, don't care much for Beckham, still don't believe this will get done until I see shovels hit the ground.....but I actually am for the first time hoping it does happen soon just to see whatever gyrations Silva goes through. The stronger MLS gets the stupider guys like this get.
Didn't see this.....LOL. This guy is just gonna keep stomping his feet and making noise any way he can. That may work in SA and some parts of Europe.....won't here buddy.
The Miami FC has signed Italian defender Alessandro Lambrughi, the club announced today. "As I mentioned before, we have been looking to add some support in our defense," said Head Coach Alessandro Nesta. "I think that Alessandro will do exactly that. He's a player with years of experience in Italy and helped his team accomplish a lot. We hope that he can bring that passion and athleticism to our team." After coming up through the A.C. Milan youth academy and cutting his teeth in Italy’s lower divisions, Lambrughi signed with Serie B side Livorno in 2010. The left-back would become a fixture for Livorno, making 259 appearances over seven seasons of service. http://www.miamifc.com/news/2017/08...der-alessandro-lambrughi-for-fall-season-push
