Newb.. Ranieri has led a host of big clubs prior to his stint with Leicester City. He led Monaco back to Ligue Un and was at Inter and Juve where he was disastrous, as he was at Chelsea. Was at Valencia twice, Roma, and Atleti... dude is a borderline journeyman coach.

But yea, the reason why his club is doing so well is because Leicester City isn't the aforementioned clubs so they don't have enough depth for Ranieri to constantly tinker around like he's done in the past with clubs like Inter and Chelsea where he's flubbed. He's running a tight ship and it's worked out extremely well for him. Vardy and Mahrez have been on another level though.
