They’ll say Toronto qualified through the Canadian Cup so it doesn’t count.

A quick reminder that América twice curb-stomped Saprissa in their own house...

That's apples and oranges though. Estas comparando al legendario America con un equipillo de la talla de Tigres. Hay niveles.

Tigres repatriates Mexicans abroad and still embarrasses the country in the concachafa.

It’s like they want Mexicans to hate them.

No they are NOT! I hope Saprissa eliminates them. I’d rather have Monterrey win it for the 4th time in 9 years.

    No. Copa mx sucks.

I’d rather watch a sccl match on my phone than a copa mx match in a big screen high definition!

    Amirite @Paul Calixte ??

For me, Copa MX should either have no group stage, or have a group stage and be a yearlong tournament. But of course, the biggest issue is no actual carrot on offer other than a face-saving trophy.

it should start as a round of 32 like the later stages of Europa league with the big teams against the small teams in the first round (ain't no one paying to see Los Ciclones del Charco FC vs Los Cacahuates de Culiacan).

"Pina" Arellano's a starter for Herediano. Landín was there for a while as well, but he moved on to Guatemala for who knows why.

Stick it to my veins :D

I mean, if you want to remember Pumas teabagging them in the second leg, sure, why not  But Isidro Metapán was an ever-present in the CCL for such a long time, it's surprising to see how long they've been absent.
