Osorio, Salcido, Moreno are all regular starters. Vela and Gio have been getting some minutes this season already. The rest of the players are all starters at the competative MFL.

Then you should be very worried about the efectivity of the whole Honduran front line, if only one or two players score your goals those men receive the full attention of the defensive line, are fouled or pushed and then nulified and the rest are of no account.

This show's your infant's mentality. Why do people always have to take it out of a sporting context? Only football is being talked here, what a pathetic comment.

It matters who they chose, and how they make those players play, just look at Maradona, Argentina has an embarrasement of riches and still got vapuleated by Bolivia.

    Think dude.

No doubt the MFL is good, also in the MFL there are bad teams with bad coaches. Look at it this way, I have seen Honduras play for many years. Why is it now that they are playing so well? Did their league grow? Are they lucky?

They have a coach that knows his team well and has an effective game plan. He knows his players, their strength and weaknesses, and uses them to his advantage.

Thats my point dude, scrub Pavon and Costly and the rest arent very dangerous, and Pavon will be running out of air at half time.

Its hard to judge league growth, the CCL is the only measure I can think of for that.

good set of players and good coaching are what I think is most responsible.

i really think honduras has a good team but not good enough to beat mexico in EL AZTECA, it takes more than just good to beat us in Azteca. As well as giovanni is playing combined with the horrible goalie honduras has, its going to be like hiroshima on honduras goal, bombs coming from everywhere. at the en of the day mexico 3 honduras (maybe 1).

Well considering we have allowed the fewest goals the entire hex, I would credit that to our defense, but Valladares (our GK) gets a little credit too.

But your right he can be shoddy at times.

It could be a fun game to watch but based on their last game in el azteca they will come to play with one forward and hope to get a tie. I know they started with two forwards against usa.......guess what, we are not usa and they know it, thats why all the teams come to azteca and play defensive.

yea but remember this time around. Osman is playing defense and Costly! will be the loan striker where Suazo was.

Costly a more dynamic striker then Suazo in my eyes.

Hopefully you guys will come down and play and not bunker and play defensive. I remember in 2001 you guys had to win in el azteca and still came and played defensive on us, but we will see, i noticed hendry thomas is not playing which means wilson will take his place, will be a good game too watch, i dont see mexico losing any points in this game

It would be a bit of a shame. We have 3 major threats at striker.

i know you are honduran and u like your country but be realistic, pavon is most decent bet at forward. Suazo has not been playing for the past 2 years and costly has a on and off button, he went to birmiham last year in englands second division and did not even made the bench. Pavon is getting old, suazo does not play in inter, and costly plays in poland???
