Haha, I'm pretty sure that's very plausible. I mean, all that would have to happen is for 7-8 of our players to suddenly lose a limb or something of the kind, then maybe.

    Mex 1 : 0 Hon - Conservative
    Mex 2 : 1 Hon - Most likely
    Mex 3 : 0 Hon - Possible

If Honduras bunkers, which they probably will, it'll be a close match

ji ombe. depends how Honduras will approach this game. Luis Suarez isn't Reinaldo Rueda, so we can possibly see a non bunkering game. our defenders are capable of keeping up with Mexico.. all depends on how we disrupt Mexico's transition from defense to attack.

Our midfield has not been passing the ball very well, so I expect Mexico to have an edge in ball possession and as a result we will be mostly counter attacking. I do expect our counters to be dangerous, and our speed down the flanks should hopefully keep the Mexicans from pushing up too much. I think Mexico has an advantage if we get into an open track meet with them because they have better finishers and we have been missing some sitters all tournament long.

I am worried of Guardado the most because Sabillon gives players room to cross the ball and at times he gives too much space to even close out on a shot.

    Where you putos at?

I don't really see Honduras being as dangerous as before

Palacios is out of rhythm, Costly had a poor season at Atlas, Nunez i don't think got many games in England and they're missing Figueroa and Izaguirre

In other words, prepare your anus

It is called publicity AGS. Unfortunately you don't have the biotipico perfecto to understand that.

He is an old smart man, he says some things that are out there but aways ends up in the newspapers and therefore he always stays relevant.

This game is ending 3-1 and there will be yellow cards flying out there left and right.

I think he is talking about chicharito being careful to get injured, because of how dirty hondurans are. I still remember the game in teh qualifiers, Hondurans were trying to injure the Mexican players, and the ref didn't do anything cause he was fearing for his life... literally!

He doesn't mean everything he says. He is more likely for to be quoted on the newspaper by saying something crazy. The fact that you quoted him, and we are talking about him right now shows that whatever he is doing works. He stays relevant, the press loves the crazy quotes, and most of the time the ones saying this things don't even mean it.

Chicharito is probably used to getting roughed up in the Premiership by now, but Muma and Chavez will try to rough him up regardless. Honduran players are typically bigger than the Mexican counterparts, and end up winning most 50 50 balls. As long as they go shoulder to shoulder it is fair game, and not an attempt to injure your players.

Galletitas, freeze the moment while it lasts... yeah killer record, nice window of time you picked too.

Let me explain, in that same period we

Won the gold cup twice to your zero times.

Qualified to all three world cups to your once since 1982.

played in a confederations cup, you NONE.

I'll say this , Honduras will bunker no matter what ,
But the game will go to whoever manages to score the first goal .
If Honduras scores first it will be a similar game to Guatemala .
If Mexico scores first Ill say 3-0
Gonna be a rough game but teams can only bunker for so long before they fall in .

I don't think the central pairing of Torrado and Castro can force Honduras to bunker. Honduras would have to do that willingly and that wouldn't make sense since our defense is not great by any means.

I don't think that Mexico have the midfield to make us bunker since all their attacks come down the flanks and that will leave you wide open for counters, and Torrado and Castro are not exactly track stars that will be able to cover the space left by SB pushing up. The space will be there for Honduras to counter back, I don't see why we wouldn't push up. Plus Costly and Bengtson are big enough to hold the ball long enough to allow us to do some things in your third.

Honduras has not bunkered under Suarez so far, so I don't see that as a strong possibility. If we start with Costly, Bengtson, Portillo, Nunez, and Boniek I don't see how we can bunker since those players are naturally offensive minded and will at least try to push up when they have the ball at their feet.
