Mexico is in fine form but Costa Rica is being way too cautious.....they need to wake up.

Hugo Sanchez comments make me think that he dont like Chicharito too much. Hes being waay to over critical.

Frankly, much like against El Salvador, I wasn't expecting a blowout, mostly because we've made the mistake of overlooking opponents before and we've had to eat big slices of the CONCACAF humble pie.

I mean, credit to Mexico and my boys but I wasn't expecting Costa Rica to come out so flat.....

Que onda pinches ticos? Que tal el chile nacional?!

You guys look flat, even La Volpe looked apathetic in the bench.

We look dominant, as we should be, but if I ever expect any team to come out flat it is us. Good call, weyes, to the ones who said easy win.

And Hugo being critical to Chich is good, I'm not saying that the kid needs to be brought to his feet, he's a really grounded individual, but if he gets a chip on his shoulder it can only mean good stuff for him, and Hugo really was teh man back in his day.

I just thought "Hugo piling it on La Volpe" shocker when he, so happened to of mentioned that in 40 years, he's only won 1 championship. Fookin' Hugo.

Nothing left to do but give props to Mexico ....you guys showed us we are not even close to fighting Mexico and USA for the top spot of CONCACAF...if Mexico stays humble they will own this region for the WCQ....i expected a much closer match but Mexico was too good...now we just have to wait for Honduras or Jamaica and hope our team can bounce back because i would hate to see Lavolpe leave this process.

P.S. Navas is a beast haha

Honestly for now, I don't even think the US is on the same level as Mexico. Mexico is playing on another level compared to the rest

True...but USA alongside Mexico always represent CONCACAF well by beating teams like Spain, Brazil, Argentina, and France at times. I still have faith in Lavolpe but now i see its going to take a long time for us to be competitive once again at the international level (if we ever do).
