Here is how this will work. I will ask a trivia question about Mexican or World Football and the person who answers correctly will get to ask the next question and so on and so forth. You may even learn something you did not know before. ;)

I will start off with an easy one; Who is the all-time leading goal scorer of the Mexican Primera Divisón. Hint: This player is no longer active and not Mexican.

    Evanivaldo Castro 'Cabinho'

    ----------------------------------------
Name the player that scored the club's first and last goal in their history. (HINT: the club did not last long in the first division and it no longer exist)

My guess is El "Turco" Mohamed with Toros Neza but I don't think that's right.

Just out of curiousity, what happens when a trivia is not answered? How many tries should there be allowed before the answer is given and then given a new trivia?

Just to clear up any misconfusion,

the question about the player that scored the first and last goal in their club's history is only referring to First Division play only..

toros neza was around before mohamed's time.

as far as colibries, the first goal was scored by rodolfo flores and the last by francisco bravo.

After 3 incorrect tries the unknown answer should be revealed and a new question asked by the person who originally asked the unanswered question.

    no takers huh???

    I'll end the suspension.

    ANSWER:

Jose Alvarez Crespo has the distinct honor of scoring his club's first and last goal in First Division play. He played for Nuevo Leon, not to be confused with UANL Tigres. Nuevo Leon was promoted for the 1966/67 season and was relegated after the 1968/69 season. Crespo is also the club's alltime top goal scorer in First Division action.

    ---------------------------------------------

Name atleast two managers that have both won promotion and have been relegated. (name the teams)

    Rafa Benitez-CF Extremadura:

The Argentina Italy match was being played in Naples, when at the time Maradona played for Napoli. He told the local fans to cheer for Argentina since he was on the team.

    correct

ok so you are next :D

P.S. the last part is partially correct, he told them to cheer for argentina because the naples is a southern city in italy, and back then the north would ostracize the south.

    For the Chivas fans:

Name the stadium Chivas played in before Estadio Jalisco was constructed.

As a bonus, because I don't even know this, did they share that stadium with Atlas or any other team?

Which club in Mexico built the first modern stadium for soccer use and what year was it inaugurated.

[when I say modern, I am referring to the use of concrete and steel. All previous stadiums were constructed with lumber]
