So Memo Vasquez's back at his Alma mater. He guided the team to their 7th trophy back in the Clausura 2011. He also lost a final with Cruz Azul against América in a ridiculous fashion. Oh well. Not sure he's the coach Pumas needs right now. He's is the same mold as Tuca and Trejo. Defensive minded football. I'd rather see David Patiño take a shot at the first team but whatever.

Let Patiño keep working with the kids. Memo is a Pumas guy through and through and they should have NEVER let him get away.

He may not be a long term solution, but he can certainly patch things up. Patiño can take over when his U20s are ready to take over as well.

Patiño is certainly ready. He's managed a couple of teams in the Liga de Ascenso. He knows the Pumas environment as well. FYI, they didn't let Memo get way. He got out because they didn't gave him a raise.

So what?. I advocate for all Mexican teams. This not the time nor the proper thread but FYI, I wish América would play with more youngsters. Ad hominem. Your argument is invalid because you're appealing to my Americanismo which has nothing to do with the actual note.

Not a big fan of Memo Vasquez. Would have like a change although the problem isn´t in the coaching.
