Desde que se disputan los torneos cortos(2002 I) solo una hinchada ha podido superar los 30 mil asistentes por juego en un semestre. Fue en el 2005 I cuando Atl. Nacional marcó el récord histórico de asistencia en los torneos cortos con 32.023 espectadores por juego. Al día de hoy y luego de 4 partidos como local la hinchada Verdolaga tiene un promedio parcial de 32.298 espectadores. Solo al final se sabrá si este torneo dejará un nuevo récord para la hinchada de Nacional y para el FPC, hasta el momento la hinchada de Nacional coquetea con el o por lo menos con quedar entre los 3 mejores registros de los torneos cortos, dichos 3 registros están en poder de la hinchada de Atl. Yes, but they don't have a fan base, same situation for Envigado and Itagui. Most small teams fans are outnumbered when they play at home.
Yes, but still you would expect that after 5 years, 3(!!) finals and playoff almost every semester, they will have more average then 866 fans....
they have played in that 5 years horrible football ........not attractive to get new fans.....and fan from millos or santa fe, wont leave his team...
Neither fan should leave his team and basically they are still new team in the Colombian view (usually the kids look and admire their father's team) but for new and young fans, La Equidad is almost every tournament inside the first 8 including 3 finals. I agree that they are not atractive but still...you would expect them to bring more then 800 people. Hell, Itagui that is less successful then them has an average of 3,000 people. Go figure...
In Colombia only 3-4 teams bring more than 10k fans consistently and they are all teams with tradition and in big cities. Only the Medellin and Bogota Clasicos bring in around 40k fans. Factor in that the hooligans are a big portion of the attendance and that scares the shit away of most new espectators. In the last 5 years, only Millonarios and Cucuta have gotten as far as the semis in a Continental tournament and most FPC teams are eliminated in early rounds. And they have to compete with every important game shown on TV, including most of FPC's. There are simply not enough fans for bad football.
Porque a los partidos de Equidad solo van la familia y los amigos de los jugadores y los empleados de la equidad, de resto en bogota lo miran como el patito feo
y es que juega horrible(muy poco vistoso)...........ps no digo que santa fe y millonarios, se hayan caracterizado por jugar bien......pero, poco hinchas va cautivar un equipo que defiende con 9 ademas, que a la gente le ha depcecionado mucho esa forma tan displicente cuando han jugado las finales contra nacional.....
