EDF says Luca will start again. Seems that Shick will get a start too. He could really use a game where he puts in a few goals, even if it is against a lesser side like SPAL.

I guess Shick picked up an injury on international duty, but if he's not playing vs provincal sides like SPAL before UCL games he's just not gonna see time this season. EDF has already shown he's gonna ride Dzeko as long as he can in the upcoming weeks I don't see EDF sitting Dzeko in UCL, vs Napoli, Fiorentina, or even Sampdoria. Maybe the next game Shick has a chance to start is Udinesse in a month? Another season of stunted development.
yea, thats why I said there was some doubt about Schick. It sounded like EDF wanted to give him the start if he could go but they weren't sure yet. I guess he's not healthy
Man, that tournament is the worst. This was definitely a scheduled Schick start , imo. Ah well, just gotta keep rollin' with the punches. Get healthy kid. I'd like to see this: But, I'm assuming SES and Fazio will start (especially with Luca starting). Wouldn't be surprised to see Florenzi start over Santon either. I can't see EDF putting Pastore in over Lorenzo , but we'll find out I guess. I won't be overly thrilled if that's the case. I'd rather we put the Goat at LW if we must start him.

We'll always struggle with inconsistency if we have to rely on maddeningly inconsistent players like SES. Pastore or Kluivert , please.
