We need at worst a draw here. A draw will guarantee a top 4 finish and keep us in 3rd place going into the final round. It's hard to imagine that they'll be overly pushed about this game so you'd like to think that we'll be able to come away with at least a draw. Meanwhile, Inter will likely beat Sassuolo, who have little to nothing to play for. Lazio on the other hand have a tricky looking trip to relegation threatened Crotone.
I predict both will play to win and if it's tied with about 10 to go then both teams will be satisfied.
Beautiful that Sassuolo defeated Inter, we have now secured CL with 2 games to spare. Stress free game vs the Gobbi tomorrow. Lets beat the shit out of them like last season. We are also close to being in Pot 2 for the next CL draw. If Real Madrid win, and one of Basel or Benfica don't qualify for CL, we will be in Pot 2. If Liverpool win, we need both of those teams to not qualify for CL or we'll be in Pot 3.
I'm trying to do the calculations, and so far these are the possibilities: We're currently 21st in the UEFA coefficient ranking. https://www.uefa.com/memberassociations/uefarankings/club/index.html 1. If Real Madrid win the final and Chelsea don't overtake Liverpool on the final day, we'll be the last team in pot 2 regardless of Basel/Benfica, since 5 teams above us won't be in CL for sure (Sevilla, Chelsea, Arsenal, Zenit, Leverkusen), making us effectively 16th. 2. If Liverpool win the final, they'll overtake us in the rankings. We'll need 2 of Chelsea, Benfica and Basel to not qualify in addition to Sevilla, Arsenal, Zenit, Leverkusen. I could be wrong with some of that, though.
“Qualified for the Champions League, but this is nothing to party over, just to think now about working hard to continue getting better. Tomorrow there’s an important game to continue to grow and believe. The future begins tomorrow evening. Daje Roma!!!” https://t.co/t3BsfrXr3u— Wayne Girard (@WayneinRome) May 12, 2018
Uh, no. Porto will likely be champions of Portugal, and they're above us anyway, but Russian champions will knock us one place further down indeed.

Is there a reason I can’t see this thread on the main wall? I had to open the site offline to see this topic. I’m getting this issue with all match threads .
Not a bad half for a glorified friendly. Mostly just a midfield battle right now with how deep both back lines are playing.
Ugh, some bad passes/decisions in key spots have kept us off of the board so far. Ünder has pants'd Alex Sandro a few times.
We were also fortunate that Dybala didn't do better when he split our CB's and had a shot at the top of the box.
