Subbing on schick over pastore made absolutely no sense. Not only did he contribute nothing offensively, he got completely beat in the air on that corner that led to the tying goal.

Well it didnt work out with that equalizer but it did make sense seeing as he brought in Kluivert straight after. The aim was to pump long balls and crosses in and hope something rubbed off, which it did. Dzekos' atrocious heading paying off for once. I didnt agree with his midfield but with Claudio, what you see is what you get.
It was a poor game, between two poor teams in a poor stadium before a poor attendance. The kind of game which has put Serie A where it is.
We can still make CL as Milan are in relegation form and Atalanta has yet to play Juventus (as do we). Let’s just tell the cheaters they can have Zaniolo for 50 mil if they roll over.

Forget it man, it's over. Atalanta are 3pts ahead and have us on the H2H with their far superior GD. So they need to mess up twice. Do they look like a team that's gonna mess up twice in the final 3 games? And even if they do we have to win out. Very unlikely at this point. Meanwhile Inter are 4pts clear of us and have the easiest game imaginable next, at home to relegated Chievo. We blew it against Inter, playing for a draw when a win would have been a massive boost to our chances. Sure there's no guarantee a more adventurous approach in that game would have brought home the 3pts, but we had to go for it. And we blew it again today with just a terrible performance. Zaniolo is not a RW ffs. In fact the only notable thing he has done since his brace against Porto is get worse acne. Cristante and Lo Pelle remain horribly inconsistent players.
They got 3 points on us and have a way bigger goal differential. They’ll need drop points vs Genoa and Juve. Maybe Genoa can do us a solid after cucking us.
The bigger problem is us beating Juventus. Inter or Atalanta dropping points twice isn’t that far fetched
I just realised that Atalanta play their remaining two home games against Genoa (still not yet safe) and Sassuolo at Sassuolo's stadium, their away game is at Juventus.
