Another class performance from Lorenzo, that position should be his for a long time to come. Which pretty much makes Pastore disposable at this point.
Is that a new rule? I've followed the game for over 40 years and whether the defender makes a movement or not, if the defender obstructs the forward going towards the goal, its still a foul. I'm glad it was called back but I've never heard of that.
Yet leading the team in goals domestically. Must speak volumes for the rest of this squad. Aaaaaand a brace!
He pulled the first one out of his ass and the second one the goalie wasn’t in the goal. Give me a break.
Oh come on man! Give credit where it's due, not only when it fits a narrative. If it was Kluivert or Schick that scored those goals everyone here would've been praising them for weeks.
I'm still in awe of the fact that we are pretty much rolling a starting 11 of at least 4 Italians every match
What a breath of fresh air that one was. Plenty of praise to go around. When we actually take our chances we can do this more often than not. it's really that simple. Happy for my boy Schick , hopefully that gives him some confidence and he can kick on. Also, another quietly effective game for Bryan who's growing into the pivot role game-by-game.
He pulled the first one out of his ass. It was nice but considering he loses the ball in dangerous positions either with a bad pass or bad ball control 75% of the time it’s kinda hard to be excited when he scores, because every other part of his game is lacking.
And why do you think Kolarov Boots it up the field half the time when he has the ball deep in our third? He likely figures if he passes to SES he’s either going to lose it in a dangerous spot or the balls going to come back to him and he’ll just have to boot it again.
I keep watching the replay and it didn't look like he dove to me. They are arguing about it on the Rai but mostly because they aren't consistent in going to the VAR.
As opposed to Dzeko who becomes invisible domestically even against bottom feeder clubs? Yes, SES is inconsistent in terms of his finishing but at least the guy gives it his all for every single second that hes on the pitch, even when he doesn't have the ball at his feet. Furthermore, people seem to forget that this is a guy that we purchased for just over 14 million, and are paying a modest 2 million a season in wages. You'd think that he was a 40 million transfer who is earning 5 million a year with how critical some people are of him...
Did Kolarov tell you that himself? Cause he usually does that regardless whose lines up on that left flank with him
