Giroud brings so much more danger to attack, beautiful Hazard

Impact brazilian sub. Wins a penalty and scores a cracker. Hope we get a lot of competition between willian and pedro to push each other all season.

Running out of superlatives for hazard. So glad he stayed as this system is wonderful for him.

    Harder tests to come....

Hazard hat trick. This is going to be a good season for Eden. Stamford Bridge is the Garden of Eden Hazard.

    Willian goal was a beauty.

So good. Hazard in the right system is one of the world's best and currently, he's easily top 3.

Pedro was great. Barkley was good after he came on. Kovacic again was really good. Giroud has to start. For a big guy he is so good in possession.

Didn't see this but sounds like a good performance, just watched Utd labour to a victory over Watford, I'm starting to think we can come 3rd this year.

One other thing that just occurred is that this was the first time we had gone behind this season. I was wondering how our style would handle that and it worked out well today. A good sign.

Barkley just seems to coast through games . I can't see him starting too many games for Chelsea . I use to rate Barkley highly when he was a teenager. I thought he would go on to be a world class player . It hasn't happened and it won't happen.

If Hazard was playing in the right system for the past seven years . He would be the best player in the world now and would have a few Ballon Dor's.

I'm a huge Hazard fan but no. Messi and Ronaldo have ruled the soccer world. He'd maybe have one.

Well my point is that he hasn't reached potential . Talent wise he is head and shoulders above any player in the premier league. He is better than a faded ronaldo and messi .

Talent wise Neymar is the only one on his level,

Ok but you're saying he'd have a few ballon d'or's by now... I'm saying no he wouldn't. They've ruled the soccer world. Mbappe will likely be the first to break the Messi/Ronaldo ballon d'or domination. Not Neymar or Hazard.

I do agree, but I don't see City, Liverpool 'hanging' on the way Utd did even against the 'better' teams in the Premier League they will dominate, time will tell which side of the bracket we fall on.

really nice to see the idea of hazard thriving in an attacking side come to fruition.

    this is fun.

also, Giroud's link up play is truly underrated.
