This needs to be a road win. We're playing a low ranked Vancouver team that's coming off a mid-week CCL trip to Mexico. If we can pull off the win, we'll be coming home with five points in three games which would be a good start to the season.

Toronto has really evolved as a club....we no longer wait until after matches to complain about refs #progress

Is there something significant about a player's 17th MLS match? ;)

17 was Wendel Clark's sweater number. So yeah, 17 is a big deal.

nil nil at the half....Toronto looked the better side....thought Oso Bradley and Altidore stood out as guys up for this match....ref missed two likely penalties....one at each end.

Not sure why Vanney is waiting to pull Cooper off. He's given the ball away too many times today.

Goal......Raheem Edwards (moments after coming on for Haglund) gets a second chance at his cross....lays it onto Altidore's head who flicks it on to the cutting in Vasquez who heads it past the keeper.

10 man Vancouver now down a goal

Altidore makes it 2-nil nice turn after a pass from Oso who, in turn, was found nicely by Vasquez.

Solid performance to cap off the road trip.

Three games is a small sample size and all but Vazquez has looked better as a sub so far than as a starter. Cooper was very poor in possession and perhaps Vazquez will replace him in the starting XI against SKC.

Cooper just tries to do too much. Lots of talent there but they need to give him the message that he isn't the star player and doesn't need to dribble past three or four opposing players, just keep the ball moving. If he gets a 1v1, sure, but he seems to try and dribble past multiple players far too often.

Nice to see that we aren't repeating the whole finding a way to lose when playing against ten men fiasco of last season.

Good to see the win. 5 points in three away games to start the season is good enough.

I'm not so happy that we couldn't score until they went down a man.
