I think Avocaat being there makes a big difference in training. He'll go nuts if people are just going through routines. It was funny to see him sitting on the bench against Ireland. Not being the head coach, he really had problems containing himself, and rightfully so.
Cannot win a match with only one midfielder who can pass the ball and sees the field. It will be the same inept attack as in the last match.
Just saw some clips selected by Waterreus how we conceded from dead ball moments now in the last 3 or 4 games. Organisation. How can a coach allow that. In any case, I do not want to concede from a corner/dead ball moment. There are more minimum demands, like hunger for example, but that is certainly one of them.
