TFC need to get the June 23 home date vs NE moved back a bit for TFC to be ready for the cup game..move NE date to cne in aug/sept.
I was all for moving it 1 day to the Saturday....asking professionals to play Wednesday/Saturday seems normal.....Wed/Friday not so much. With the announcement the other day that Friday June 23rd is "Pride Night"......it seems the team/league is not fussed about the 2 day space between matches and the 23rd is a go. Very sad.
Argos home opener is Sunday. If TFC played Saturday, there wouldn't be enough time to convert the field to be ready for Sunday.
So not a bad outcome to tie on the road and score an away goal. Hopefully there will be a bigger crowd for the return match. I also really hope TFC take this series and avoid an extra match in August.
